I’m Dion Davis Bey, a certified Master Trainer by the National Federation of Professional Training (NFPT).

With over 20 years of experience in transforming lives through fitness, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to my work.

As a lifelong multi-sport athlete and former semi-professional traveling baseball player, I’ve developed a proven method to help clients improve their lifestyles. I’ve been following a vegan diet and using only natural vitamins and supplements for over two decades, making me well-qualified to guide clients in healthy eating habits across various lifestyles.

My clientele spans from youth to seniors, and I specialize in preparing the body for any sport. As the proud owner of My Story 1st Fitness, I’m dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through consistency, hard work, and confidence.
